Partner agreement for the pvt.partners network.
1. Partner program
pvt.partners is an affiliate/CPA network operated by pvt traffic. By registering you apply to promote third-party gambling operators and earn commission on the traffic you send, subject to each deal's terms and KPIs.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to promote gambling services. Accounts are reviewed and may be approved or rejected at our discretion.
3. Traffic quality
Fraudulent, incentivised, bot, or otherwise non-compliant traffic is not permitted and will not be paid. Multi-accounts, self-deposits and accounts with first-deposit withdrawal requests are excluded. We may reverse commissions found to breach a deal's KPIs.
4. Commissions & payouts
Commissions accrue as a pending balance, are approved after any applicable hold period and review, and become available for payout above the minimum threshold. Payouts are made to the details on file. We may withhold payment where fraud or KPI breaches are suspected.
5. Compliance
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and advertising standards in the GEOs you target, including responsible-gambling and age-verification requirements. Do not target jurisdictions where the promoted brand is not licensed.
6. Termination
Either party may end the partnership at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms; unpaid commissions tied to fraudulent activity are forfeited.
